    North Star Critical Care was the first local ambulance company to offer a web site for our customers so they and thier families could learn more about our services, more about our staff and more about our company as well as provide customer feedback.

    We hope that by visiting our site, you will learn valuable insight into emergency medical services, our company’s reputation and the many innovative ways we provide prehospital care for our neighbors and the surrounding communities we serve. 

    For this reason our content is 100% authentic.  We do not use stock clip art or stock photographs.   At North Star Critical Care’s we use only original pictures of our staff, ambulances, our offices and equipment.
